I facilitate transformation through empowering you to recognise and claim your nature as consciousness and your power to choose. I am here to help you rise into sovereignty and be a master of your consciousness, your mind, and your emotions - so that you can create the life and relationship that you want. I offer a pathway of understanding that paves the way for you to rise above victimhood where you live a life that is lead by unconscious thoughts and emotions into a life where you choose every thought and emotion consciously so that you can radically alter your experience to be one that is your most desired self-creation. I offer coaching that is focussed on self-realisation and not self-improvement. This is because it is only in self-realisation that we can find what we are truly looking for – real Love, everlasting Peace and eternal Happiness. It is only through the wisdom of our true nature that we can have a real relationship, one that is a Union 'Being to Being', and not 'Ego to Ego'. This is the goal of every spiritual path including Tantra. I give sessions free of judgement through the lens of radical freedom where there is no good, bad, right or wrong. I have had years of mentoring and asked a million questions. You are welcome with all that you are and all that you enquire into. I have a (multi) lifetime of experience and training in meditation, ayurveda, tantra, yoga, kundalini, philosophy, spirituality, non-duality, mental-health, sex addiction, depression, sexological body-work, plant medicines and the like.
